FAQ - Frequently asked questions:

• are you available for travel?
  • Yes! we consider ourselves destination photographers as we travel to and from the hawaiian islands frequently. we love a good celebration and would love to meet you!
• What is required to book my Date?
  • we require 50% non refundable retainer along with a signed contract to book your date. your final payment is due four weeks before your wedding date. 
• Do we get digital Files?
  • Yes! you will receive your images via a USB thumb drive along with reprinting rights. this makes sharing and printing with family a breeze! 
• When will we receive our images?
  • depending on what session you booked,  your timeline will vary. for portraits we usually provide your images within 7-10 business days. For weddings, please expect your images within 6-8 weeks of your big day
• do you provide videography services?
  • unfortunately, we do not. 
• Do you need a shot list?
  • we do ask for a shot list of your family photos at the wedding. Making sure no one is forgotten and we get them done efficiently. our recommendation is to keep this list short and sweet. immediately family members is preferred. don't worry! we'll make every effort to get great-great grandma in!
• What equipment do you use?
  • we shoot with a Canon 5D Mk iii & mostly series prime lenses. we do occasionally use flash in dark churches or late at night, but we mainly rely on natural light .
